Infrastructure - We offer planning, design, configuration and deployment service offerings focused on Data/Voice/Video networking, Infrastructure/Enterprise Computing service management, and Disaster Recovery preparedness and testing.
Networking - Our staff of experts average over 15 years of experience building and supporting Enterprise Networks, both WANs and LANs. We provided one client with 24x7x365 engineering and operations support for their total data and voice network. The team can provide teams to design and build out your networks, from the basic cabling and communications room infrastructures to the configuration and installation of the latest and greatest routing/switching systems to support the full convergence of data/voice/video services.
Infrastructure/Enterprise Computing Service Management - Today's real-time networking environments require state-of-the-art service management to assure that when things do break, the impact is immediately understood and recovery actions can be taken ASAP. Back Office Operations
Securities Reference Data Solutions - Our team of experts can help you build a reference data solution for securities processing that features the best vendor feeds, automated Security Classification, User Guides for manual updates and overrides, and support for regulatory reporting on customer confirmations and statements.
Client Reporting Solutions - We offer solutions in client reporting such as the effort we lead to develop a new, consolidated 1099 tax package that included annual realized gain/loss statements, account fees and expenses listings and a targeted message section. We worked with a new print vendor to design the look and feel of the statement, developed file structures and file mappings for all 1099 forms in the tax package as well as 8 other tax forms that are sent out separately to the retail clients. Supervised all stages of testing (unit, integration, system) including onsite visits to observe the factory process employed by the print vendor and to validate the printed output.
Bond Trading System - We managed the implementation of a front office bond trading system as part of a project to install a Fixed Income trading desk in Mexico. We can help you organize and manage implementation/deployments of virtually any package or application.
Document Recovery - We are helping a major securities retailer recover back office documentation lost after September 11th. We helped them re-create their detailed procedures and producing work flow diagrams to better assure conformity to procedures and policies. Our team can help your company create new documentation, or improve documentation through development of standards that will present information in a uniform, consistent way that enhances understandability and conformance. Additionally, this documentation will ensure consistent knowledge transfer to new employees.
