JOB DESCRIPTION:The job description for the Account Manager position involves the following: - Develop and maintain local accounts through generating new sales opportunities as well as outside sales activities
- Define companies to target and forecast semi-annual projections, and respond to bids and proposals
- You will be responsible for managing and growing several existing Fortune 500 clients as well as driving new business in small to mid-sized clients
- You will use your proven sales and/or technical background to closely manage and identify consulting services needs throughout the local marketplace
- Target and develop clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources and the Internet
- Using a consultative approach, you will meet with clients to evaluate their technical needs, recommend and provide consulting solutions
- Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - College degree in a business-related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications and customer service skills
- Three plus years of staffing industry experience
- A proven track record in sales development
- Ability to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage and grow large Fortune 500 accounts. This requires experience in maintaining and strengthening executive level relationships within these accounts.

Qualifications: - Has full life-cycle recruiting knowledge that includes experience with a candidate tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, direct sourcing and extensive command of IT terminology.
- Previous experience recruiting in the financial services industry.
- Experience working within a thorough candidate screening process from initial technical screenings to meeting all candidates face to face.
- Comes up with creative solutions to the age old question: "how do we find the best possible candidate?"
- Experience working within a technical consulting firm, not only contingency placement agencies.
- Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people.
- Have superior organizational skills. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.
- Can be trusted to handle extremely confidential and sensitive information.
- BS or equivalent experience. Candidate must have a proven track record (5+ years of prior recruiting experience).
